Cullompton United Charity is an amalgam of several older charities now combined under a Charity Commission scheme as registered charity no: 204031.
We administer Almshouses within Cullompton (Devon) as well as investments which provide an income from which financial assistance can be dispensed to those of our community who are in need.

What is “Data”?
Information we might request or be given about you and your family and your circumstances; examples might be your name, contact details, next of kin (and their contact details), financial circumstances, GP, married state, gender, ethnicity, date of birth, National Insurance number, work and health history and Benefit information.

Once a resident has left us and the property becomes available for a new occupant, or an application for financial relief has been finally determined, we will retain only enough information to record how we have helped. Additional personal sensitive data secured during the process will unless there is good reason be destroyed in a manner befitting confidential information within a reasonable timeframe thereafter so that it is not held longer than is reasonably necessary.
Our bank statements will be retained and might include reference to your name.
